Greg Incardona and his wife, Beth, established Eagle Mortgage Associates, Inc. in 2001. The firm employs six loan officers plus two loan processors with a combined 35 years of experience in the lending industry. In 2005, a branch office was opened in the Deep Creek, Maryland area to help Eagle Mortgage Associates better service their current coverage area of Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Mr. Incardona educates consumers through workshops that he conducts throughout the Pittsburgh area. He volunteers his time and expertise with the Pennsylvania Association of Mortgage Brokers and is the President-Elect of the Association. His involvement with the PAMB is motivated by a desire to help shape the industry and, particularly, to help establish and promote the highest standards of professional mortgage brokering ethics and education. “To be chosen to receive the Better Business Bureau Torch Award is a tremendous honor for me,” says Mr. Incardona. “Knowing all that the BBB stands for and to be selected to receive this Award means more than words can express. My personal ethics have always been to treat others as you would want to be treated. I have incorporated these values in to my day-to-day business life to offer the consumer what they really want, and I feel that is trust and honesty. Today, the Mortgage Broker industry does not get recognized often for ethics, trust and honesty, so to receive this prestigious honor is truly personally fulfilling. I will continue to demonstrate my work ethics in a positive and constructive way to uphold the significance of this Award.”

In 1992, due to serious illness, Hank Bianchi required a senior partner in the Bianchi Honda dealership. He contacted his long time friend and auto dealer neighbor, Louis J. Porreco. In 1994, Mr. Porreco purchased 100% ownership of the dealership. He realized that although Bianchi Honda had already achieved a good reputation for customer service and product satisfaction, it was time that the company instituted a more formal Customer Service Action Plan.

This detailed action plan was finalized in 1996, and within one year, Bianchi Honda was awarded its first of nine prestigious American Honda President’s Awards. Bianchi Honda has become the largest selling new vehicle dealership in all of Northwest Pennsylvania with new vehicle sales having increased from 400 vehicles in 1994 to over 1700 in each of the past 2 years.

The results of their dedication to good principals of business and ethics are evidenced by the company recently being voted “Erie’s Choice” new car auto agency for 2006, in a readers’ poll conducted by the Times Publishing Company. Previously, Bianchi Honda was recognized as the #1 Honda Sales Satisfaction dealership in the District, comprised of 22 Honda agencies and the #1 Honda Service Satisfaction dealership in their entire Zone, which is comprised of 115 Honda agencies! Both of these recognitions were based upon the results of thousands of direct customer surveys.

At Bianchi Honda they avoid outrageous, exaggerated and/or unclear sales promotions and instead concentrate on their dedication to always trying to do the right thing for their customers, while presenting products and services at easy to understand fair values. Over the years, this policy has not only strengthened their reputation for fairness, but it has established a strong public confidence that has driven their sales to record levels. As a result, Bianchi Honda is now the largest selling new vehicle dealership, of any make, in their market and over the past three years, Bianchi Honda has sold the largest share of market versus any Honda dealership in the entire United States. They believe that when you do the right thing – good things happen! For more information about Bianchi Honda, please visit www.bianchihonda.com.

“All the success and good awards of the past, pale when compared to being voted the BBB 2006 Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics in the Small Business Category (11-99 employees) in the Western half of Pennsylvania,” states Mr. Porreco. “This is an area comprised of 28 counties within which literally thousand of companies were eligible to be evaluated for their ethical standards of behavior toward clients, employees and communities in which they do business.”

“We, at Bianchi Honda, are humbled, honored, and proud to have been selected as the first ever small business Torch Award Winner in Western Pennsylvania. We also realize that an honor of this stature is not given entirely for what has been accomplished, as it is for a high standard which will be expected of us into the future. The Better Business Bureau, our customers and our community may be assured that we will always honor this trust for continued good business practices.”
